Call for Expressions of Interest (EOI) - Recreation Maintenance Services, Including Marina Obligations
The Rural Community of Alnwick is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified individuals to provide recreation maintenance services for the 2026 operating season. This EOI is intended to identify individuals who can supply labour, tools, and equipment to support the upkeep, safety, and functionality of community recreation assets throughout the Rural Community of Alnwick, including seasonal marina duties.
This is not an employment opportunity. It is a contract for service, and the successful proponent will enter into a formal agreement with the Rural Community of Alnwick. The successful individual will report directly to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO).
The work is expected to require up to 40 hours per week, depending on seasonal needs, weather, and operational priorities. An arrangement will be made to address reasonable compensation for equipment wear-and-tear, fuel, and related operating costs. Preference may be given to individuals who have access to a vehicle suitable for transporting tools, equipment, and materials.
